First: Decoration Plan Elevation plan:
Including partitions and modifications + decorations and the activity of the place.
Sections details for:
- Ceiling.
- Partitions.
- False ceiling components (if any).
Note : Mention the materials used.
Second: Ceiling Plan:
Indicate the materials used in covering the ceiling + fire system and fire fighting which existing there.
Third: A Letter from approved decoration office, mentioning the following:
The fixed period to finish decoration works.
Building location and owner’s name.
Definition to decoration works that will be carried out.
Fourth: Submit Three Copies of Design Each Copy Includes:
Elevation plan.
Ceiling plan.
Note: Transaction should be submitted to Directorate - Engineering Section, Engineering Section, Dubai Civil Defence.
Fifth: Contact Dubai Civil Defence Inspection section, after finishing decoration work. To have an appointment for inspection, and you should attach:
Approved decoration design.
A letter from decoration office.
Trade License.
