Building completion transaction includes the following procedures:
1. The consultant should present the main building’s drawings, fire fighting and alarm systems implementation plan and other allied equipment to be approved by safety engineer at the municipality or Civil Defence department.
2. When the building is completed, the contractor or whoever deputizes him should apply for an appointment with Civil Defence counters to inspect the building and check whether safety systems (fire fighting, alarm and maintenance certificates) in the transaction match those of the completed building. The contractor should supply Civil Defence with a sketch map that locates the building.
3. If safety conditions are met, the Civil Defence licenses the building and officially recommends the municipality for quick completion of the transaction. If safety conditions are not met, however, the Civil Defence reschedules inspection appointment.
