He acknowledged the positive impact they had on the General Directorate and praised the professionalism and innovation demonstrated by the working teams, which greatly improved the workflow.

This includes leaders, exceptional employees in 2023, supervisors, fire stations, innovative contributors, unsung heroes, command and control room personnel, distinguished firefighters in both marine and land sectors, machine operators, risk analysis staff, and pioneering employees with over 25 years of experience in this sector.
