Dubai Civil Defence (Human Resources Dept.) is keen to delight its employees, raise the level of job satisfaction and support them in their careers and personal life. And as part of this, General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defence has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Social Solidarity Fund for the employees of Ministry of Interior which will allow the employees of Dubai Civil Defence to benefit from the services of “Fazaa” program, which brings happiness to recipients of the "Fazaa" card, maximizes their salaries value and gives them special benefits and offers.

The agreement was signed by Lt. Col. Ahmad Buharun Al Shamsi, General Director of the Social Solidarity Fund for employees of Ministry of Interior, and Lt. Col. Matran Khalil Al-Muzain, Director of Human Resources Department 

on behalf of DCD, who insisted that: “It is very important for us to delight our employees and fulfill their needs in line with the wise policy of our government”.
