    Submit building registration application with all prerequisite.Service assist the customer to generate a unique ID against their building by providing the required information. The unique id should be used to apply for any building related service in DCD Portal.

    1. 2 Tenancy Contact (Ejari) (If Tenant) Mandatory.
    1. 3 Title Deed (if Owner).
    1. 4 Note: ORGINAL or COPY or ANY OTHER Specification.

    Terms & Conditions

    • The subscription and annual renewal of the subscription is mandatory according to Cabinet Resolution No. 24/2012.
      • In the event that the owner/tenant does not complete the requirement specification for more than (15) days from the date of subscription, the annual subscription fee will be calculated regardless of the site connection.
        • The devices have a two-year warranty from the manufacturer.
          • The shelf life of the devices is five years from the date of installation, which must be replaced after the expiration of this period.
            • It is possible to request a replacement of the devices before the end of their life span and within a period of not less than two years from the date of installation in the event of modernizing communication systems.
              • Any change of address or site conditions to be notified to Dubai Civil Defence officially using the DCD online portal.
