H.E. Major General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Director General of Dubai Civil Defense expressed the deepest thanks to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum , Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai - God bless him, on the promotion of “344” members from Dubai Civil Defense, as of today 31/12/2019.
