Dubai Central Military Grievances committee (DCMGC) has held a workshop at Emirates Academy for Civil Defense, chaired by Col. Dr.  Ahmed Alshihi, Secretary-General of Dubai Military Human Resources Committee.

 Held workshop aims to explain the special procedures pertaining to military cadre grievances process, legal spans of the procedures affecting their positions, status and other functional affairs, ways of assuring justice, functional happiness and stabilization, as well as ensuring rules and regulations are applied in the most appropriate way.

Col. Dr. AlShihi indicated that the committee is entitled to accept recruits’ grievances in case the concerned department refuses to take any actions against their cases.

The committee will look upon such cases without biases towards any party.

Conducted workshop witnessed interactive discussions between committee representatives and military audiences, who are involved in the committee working system and those benefiting from it.

Workshop participants comprises of 1st Lt.  Tariq AlBloushi, Director of legal affairs office, at Military Human Resources, and 1st Lt.  Marwan ALshiba, Director of Committee Secretariat General Office.

Dubai Civil Defense was represented by Col. Abdulrhman BalShalat and Col. Ahmed Kemidish and Col. Jamal Ahmed Ibrahim and directors and heads of other concerned departments and sections.
