Excellency Maj. Gen. Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Director General of Dubai Civil Defense, reviewed “Allam Balgalam” Scheme, literary interpreted as using the pen to learn, launched by Sharjah Corporation for Social Empowerment, for the sake of supporting Orphan education, and which was displayed for two days at DCD’S GHQ premises.

Al Matrooshi was briefed by Corporation’s representative about the scheme’s objectives, and about factors, which have contributed to making the experience a successful one, in supporting and providing educational opportunities for orphans children.

Al Matrooshi praised the move, which comes in line with Sharjah Corporation for Social Empowerment aspirations, aiming at providing education to orphans students, stressing Dubai Civil Defense hails and support all community initiatives.

He suggested that the scheme must be further developed to become available online and through smart applications, enhancing knowledge and supporting orphans.  

The briefing was attended by Major. Mohammed Saif Bufaroosha, Director of DG’s Office, and Government Communication Department team.
