Excellency Maj. Gen. Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Director General of Dubai Civil Defense, chaired a meeting held to review “Smart Advisor” program, as part of the general framework of implementing smart programs and initiatives, which leads to achieving comprehensive Digital transformation in all DCD’s main and supportive operations, and services rendered to public, inconsistent with Dubai Government strategy and requirements and total digital transformation of the transactions into paperless by 2021. 

The mentioned program includes financial, legal, strategic, administrative and human resources aspects consultations.

Meeting discussed also, technical aspects and data provision to complete transactions and procedures through the program and flexible steps and tracks.

Al Matrooshi Confirmed that Smart Advisor program symbolizes, the practical steps followed by Dubai Civil Defense to implement digital transformation via projects and innovative programs and employing artificial intelligence to facilitate transactions and services rendered to internal and external customers, and hugely support smart transformation drive led by Dubai Smart Government, which we strive to achieve completely by 2021.

The convened meeting was attended by Brig. Rashid Khalifah Al Falasi, assist. Director-General for Smart Services, Lady Afaf Jassim Al Muheiri, Director of Strategy and Future department, advisors, and sections heads.
