Honorable Abdullah Al Basti, Hon’able Saeed Al Tayer and Excellency Sami Al Qamzi Visit DCD’s Pavilion at Innovation Exhibition

Honorable Abdulla Al Basti, Secretary-General of Dubai Executive Council, Honorable Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), have visited Dubai Civil Defense Pavilion at Innovation Exhibition, organized by secretariat General of Executive Council of the emirate of Dubai, as part of Innovation Month activities. 

During their visit, both visitors have reviewed DCD’s latest developmental innovative projects, branded, “Qirsh” and “Early Intervention Unit”,  lies under Innovative work Scheme System in UAE, featuring effective and positive performance, which embeds wise leadership vision and support it to sustain innovative projects and initiatives as key motivator for development axis.

They also listened to a briefing delivered by Major Talal Hyder Al Rashidi, deputy director of Marine fire and rescue department, on how the two different schemes are operated and linked to central command and control room, and high-performance ability possessed as per latest international standards, and ability to deal with different scenarios of fire incidents acquired due to the sophisticated technologies they are fitted- with.  

In the same respect, Excellency Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of Economic Department, paid visit also to DCD’s pavilion, to review “Qirsh” and “Early Intervention Unit” projects, which reflect the systematic working method and environment Dubai Civil Defense provides to support innovators and ensure innovation workshops sustainability, led to inventing rational innovative ideas, contributed in providing solutions to many challenges faced, and raised a number of innovations which achieved success and proved to be effective.

At the sideline, of the exhibition, Civil Defense friends also performed and delivered patriotic items, expressing positivity and future spirit.
