Excellency Khalifa Bin Darai, Executive Director of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, received a new ambulance vehicle (First Responder), which was out-fitted at DCD’S technical workshop, in the presence of Col. Suleiman Abdulkarim, Director of Technical Affairs department. 

Delivered vehicle was the first ambulance, belongs to DCAS, being prepared by DCD’S workshop, in order to be equipped with the latest medical equipment and apparatuses, to join Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) operating convoy.

This move comes as part of ongoing cooperation and the strategic plans of Dubai government departments set to enhance and sustain development.

Col. AlBloushi emphasizes that the move reflects DCD’S technological advancement observed in its technical department, and also embodies huge efforts put forward by the general administration to achieve technological development that pave the way to face challenges and searching for innovative solutions, and confirming marching in the strategic road towards achieving more bright accomplishments.

He also indicated that this ambulance is one of a group of vehicles belonging to DCAS, which DCD is working to outfitting them, to accommodate appropriate medical equipment, also working to prepare ambulatory field hospitals including operation theatre.
