In the presence of His Excel. Lt. Gen. Rashid Thani Al Matroushi, Director - General of Civil Defense in Dubai, His Excel. Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Aded Al Muhairi, Assistant Director-General of Resources and Support Services, and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid School for Government, signed an MOU between the Civil Defense and the School.

The MOU aims to enhance academic cooperation and coordination between the two sides to exchange professional experiences and share knowledge through workshops, seminars, and conferences to exchange ideas, proposals, and creative and innovative programs.

The memorandum provides the civil defense with the opportunity to nominate a number of employees to study in academic programs in accordance with the conditions and requirements set by the MBRSG, which contributes to supporting the academic excellence process in DCD, through an integrated system of educational and training programs, research and studies.

His Excellency Lt. Gen. Rashid Thani Al-Matrooshi, honored Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al-Marri, CEO of the MBRSG, on this occasion.

His Excel. Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Aded Al Muhairi praised the successful academic career, the unique experience and global leadership reached by the Mohammed bin Rashid School for Government, and its contributions to providing government institutions with qualified administrative cadres with the latest methods of modern science, assuring that the cooperation of DCD and the MBRSG will achieve the desired goals. According to the vision of the wise leadership to prepare competencies and qualified manpower at the highest levels.
