In the presence of His Excel. Lt. General Rashid Thani Al Matroushi, Director - General of Civil Defense in Dubai, and His Excel. Mansour Jumaa Bu Asaiba, Executive Director of the Specialized Communications Corporation (Nidaa), His Excel. Brig. Gen. Rashid Khalifah Al Falasi, Assistant Director-General for Smart Services, and Mr. Ali Abdullah Bahlouk, Director of Ishara Communications for Security Solutions, signed at the Fazaa pavilion at Expo 2020. an agreement between DCD and Ishara for implementing (Incident Management System) Company (SAGA).

The agreement stipulates that the company will implement and program the new automated system for reporting and incident management at DCD, also programming smart devices to link the incident management system, and providing consultations related to all system services.

His Excel. Brig. Gen. Rashid Khalifah Al Falasi assured that the agreement comes within the comprehensive steps of DCD to launch the (SAGA) project, as an incident management system according to the latest modern technologies, and to enable growth of digital services, along with the best global advanced programs in the field of rescue and firefighting, providing innovative digital services to achieve the vision of the rational leadership.
