Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of his assumption as a Deputy Ruler in Dubai on February 1st, 2008, to support his brother in completing the process of construction and renaissance laid down by H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai (God bless him).
