His Excellency was briefed on the intelligent proactive systems integrated within Dubai Civil Defense Room, ensuring the utilization of the latest artificial intelligence technologies and programs. These systems are employed to develop institutional work, enhance preparedness and readiness through innovative approaches based on scientific analysis and advanced sciences to face challenges arising from fires and proactive prevention methods.

In addition, His Excellency listened to a detailed explanation from Captain Issa Al Matou, the Director of the "Dubai Civil Defense Readiness" project, regarding these systems and their vital role in developing services, enhancing the levels and capabilities of civil defense personnel, and enhancing awareness programs with proactive and preventive concepts. The programs implemented in the room are among the world's first of their kind in the field of community awareness, thereby improving Dubai's security and safety indicators.
