Under the auspices and in the presence of His Excellency Major General Jamal bin Aded Al Muhairi, Acting Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, the Al Maha Women’s Committee orchestrated the inaugural women’s forum for 2024.

The forum's organization underscores the Directorat's commitment to supporting and empowering women, fostering their positive impact within the workplace.

Colonel Dr. Mardhiya Darwish Al Balushi, Assistant Professor at the Dubai Police Academy, delivered a lecture titled "Brainstorming."

The agenda encompassed a dialogue session to examine key ideas and suggestions aimed at enhancing the quality of work provided by the Al Maha Women’s Committee at Dubai Civil Defense. Additionally, the forum welcomed new female employees for the 2023-2024 term.

His Excellency, the event's patron, lauded the outstanding role of the Al Maha Women’s Committee in bolstering female employees and cultivating a conducive work environment to achieving the Directorate strategic objectives. He commended the forum's impeccable organization and extended a warm welcome to the new female employees for the 2023-2024 period.
