In the presence of His Excellency Lieutenant General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matroushi, Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai honored its employees at the annual "Harvest of Excellence" ceremony for 2024.
This event celebrated the achievements of dedicated employees, high achievers, and distinguished work teams. Their outstanding contributions recently earned Civil Defense three awards in different categories at the Dubai Excellence Program 2024: Best Entity in the Field for Innovation and Institutional Learning, the Dubai Medal for the Assistant Director General category awarded to His Excellency Major General Expert Ali Hassan Al Mutawa, and the Unknown Soldier Award, received by Second Lieutenant Muhammad Khalifa Al-Dosari.
During the ceremony, His Excellency Lieutenant General Al Matroushi also honored a group of retired officers, referred to as the “men of loyalty” ,in recognition of their service and contributions throughout their military careers.
In conclusion, His Excellency honored the General Directorate of Civil Defense team, who won the title of champion at the Government Games for the second consecutive year in 2024, as well as the distinguished partners from the private sector.
