As part of the efforts o enhance joint cooperation between government agencies in the country and facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge of the latest advanced systems and applications used by the Civil Defense, His Excellency Lieutenant General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, welcomed a delegation from Ras Al Khaimah Civil Defense. The delegation, led by Colonel Salem Al Shaer Al Nuaimi, Director of the The General Command of Ras Alkhaima Civil Defence, visited the Directorate’s building.
They were briefed on the operations system in the main operations room, the Civil Defense readiness room, and the technical workshop. The visit concluded with a tour of the "Marhaba" Center in the new administration building, where the delegation received a detailed explanation of advanced communication programs, customer satisfaction measurement systems, and practices aimed at raising the standards of public services.
