He holds a Ph.D. in the impact of digital transformation on leadership within Dubai’s government institutions, shaping both the present and future. Additionally, he has earned two master’s degrees in Digital Innovation and Crisis & Emergency Management. His expertise is further enhanced by specialized courses from prestigious institutions, including Harvard, Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, Mohammed bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence, and the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government.
