Tasks: 

- Supervises the preparation and implementation of Civil Defence measures aiming at civilian protection.

- provides and updates shelters for emergency situations, organizes volunteer teams.

- conducting the periodical inspection for hideouts/shelter centers to ensure their readiness.

- Taking all the necessary precautionary measures to avoid risks and protect civilians ensure their lives safety, properties and national wealth during wars and crisis.
