Maj. gen. expert Rashid Almatrooshi, director general of Dubai Civil Defense has honored Sergeant Kamal Ali Hyder, in recognition of his best and sincere services extended over 25 years at Dubai Civil Defense, in the presence of Col. expert Ali Hassan Almutawaa, assistant director for fire and rescue affairs.

Almatrooshi praised Kamal's best performance demonstrated at the different posts he assumed at DCD Department, confirming the respect and love he earned from his colleagues, wishing him all success and progress in the future.
