Maj. gen. expert Rashid Almatrooshi, director general of Dubai Civil Defense, has  honored Lady Najla Abdullwahab Alkhyat, in recognition of her exerted efforts to raise a Creative administrative suggestions, such move comes as a continuation of DCD'S policy to encourage employees to double their efforts, and to promote competitiveness, motivate creativity and developing the environment of untraditional ideas.
