Dubai Civil Defense assistant director general for Smart Services Brig. Rashid Khalifa Bufalasa has reviewed , in the presence of Captain Ali Mohammed Bufalasa deputy director of fire stations department , with Dr. Mohammed Abdulqadir AL Reda ,director of Information and Smart Health department at Dubai Health Authority DHA, and Mr. Sultan Ali ALShibani, senior specialist project management office , “Heart Resuscitation”  initiative , according to the directives of H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid ALMaktoum vice president, prime minister and ruler of Dubai “May Allah preserves him” in connection to initiative circulation to include training all community members on how to deal with heart stroke patient. Dubai Health Authority is assigned to coordinate with other government entities to crystalize the initiative, and nominate candidates from across these entities to receive heart resuscitation required training.
