In a special ceremony held in the presence of Maj.Gen.Expert Rashid Thani Rashid Almatrooshi, Director General, Dubai Civil Defense department celebrated the return of Emirati first astronaut, Haaza AlMansoory, from the international space station to earth planet, after spending eight days in the station, doing number of scientific experiments, taking many earth aerial photos.

Almatrooshi emphasized that, AlMansoory  space journey to international space station and his return has achieved the great ambition of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan , May Allah rest his soul in peace, and such historical event makes Emirati and whole Arab world feel proud, and at the same time motivate us to proceed forward towards reaching  Planet Mars in 2020, in a first of its kind Arab mission to explore Mars, prepared by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center, supported by our wise leadership.  

Haaza experience has successfully achieved its objectives, by conducting 16 scientific experiments, 6 out of which were carried out at International Space Station itself, indicated ALMatrooshi.
