Dubai Civil Defense HQ has celebrated the Flag Day, in the presence and participation of its Director General H.E. Maj. Gen. Expert Rashid Thani Almatrooshi and his assistants, heads of sections and employees, under the slogan” Raise UAE Flag High and Proud”.

Government Communication Department at DCD has distributed UAE flags and badges among the staff, as a part of its efforts to entrench national values, raising national sense across locals and expatriates.

Captain Dr. Ahmed Yusuf ALshangeeti, acting director of Government Communication department, has hailed employees huge integration with such great event, and confirmed that it will be enhanced as a group of national values. He underscores “Flag day symbolizes UAE unity and its nation cohesion”. Dubai Civil Defense works to foster its national role through organizing purposeful activities and events, and all other events that can enhance the belonging to UAE, based on its pioneering and national role, He added.
