Strategy and Future Department

According to DCD’S new organizational structure, Strategy and Future department is assigned to tackle the responsibility of designing strategic planning methodology and to develop special programs and initiatives to enhance main and supportive operations, developing services, manuals and work regulations and procedures. 

Department supervises also the process of setting strategic and operational plans, priorities and measurement tools, implementing quality systems, institutional development performance requirements and models, Government excellence and Government services, ensuring their consistency with DCD’S plans and programs in a way that service excellence culture is assured.
