Attachments:

1. Safety certificate issued by a civil defense approved laboratory in Arabic.
2. Valid copy for the chamber of commerce license including DCD activity.
3. Passport copies for each license holder (distributor & agent OR distributor & company).
4. Copy of the distribution agreement between the distributor and agent or the distributor and company attested by the notary public in Arabic.
5. Test report results in Arabic issued by an approved laboratory.
6. In case of distributing for an agent: a copy of the agency registration in the ministry of finance.
7. In case of distribution for a factory: copy of the factory license issued by civil defense in UAE
8. In case of distribution for a factory: a copy of the factory industrial production license.
9. Agency contract attested by the notary public case of local Arabic contracts
10. In case of distribution for an external agent: copy of the agency contract not attested from Dubai.

Fee: AED1000 for the 1st fire equipment + 100 Dh for each additional equipment+ 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee'.

1. Safety certificate in Arabic issued by an approved civil defense laboratory.
2. A copy of agency registration in the ministry of finance.
3. Passport photocopy of the owner.
4. A valid copy of the chamber of commerce's license including specifying civil defense activity along with maintenance contract + subscription in smart services.
5. Agency contract attested by UAE embassy in the country where the contract was signed or by the notary public in case of local contracts in Arabic.
6. Final approval certificates for safety confirmation.

Fee: AED1000 for each system + 300 Dh card fee for single system engineer or technician+50 Dh for every additional system added on the engineer or technician card+ AED1000 for the 1st equipment + 100 Dh for each additional equipment+ 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee' for each Request + 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee' for each card.

2. Passport photocopies of the engineers with the visa page.
3. A valid copy of Department of Economic Development license including DCD activity.
4. Qualification certificates for the engineers attested by the UAE embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the country of origin.
5. Copy of the contract with the International house of expertise attested by the UAE embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the country of origin.
6. A valid copy of chamber of commerce license including DCD activity.
7. Engineers' Experience certificates attested by the UAE embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the country of origin.

Fee: AED1000 for each system + 300 Dh card fee for single system engineer or technician+50 Dh for every additional system added on the engineer or technician card + 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee' for each Request.

6. Passport copy of the owner.
7. Valid copy for the chamber of commerce license including DCD activity.
8. Attachments required for each category including the number of company's experience years, number of large contracts, workshop readiness, company's quality certificate.

5. Passport copy of the new owner in case of changing company(ownership change or addition).

7. A valid photocopy of the safety requirements compliance letter in the factory issued by Civil Defense.
8. A valid copy of the license issued by the Chamber of Commerce including Civil Defense activity along with maintenance contract + subscription in smart services.
