Service Description

Service to request for Letter for getting new / renewal of existing licenses against a shop. The letter is issues only if the companies has any related activities on which civil defence is interested.;Your certificate expiry has been temporarily extended until 30th June, 2020. A107. Smoke removal system for firefighting operation shall be provided where there are no natural ventilation openings or where there no operable panels or windows.

8. A valid copy of the license issued by the Chamber of Commerce including Civil Defense activity along with maintenance contract + subscription in smart services.

Fee: AED1000 for the 1^st equipment + 100 Dh for each additional equipment+ 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee'

ج 107 : يجب توفير نظام طرد الدخان (smoke removal system) أثناء عمليات المكافحة في الأماكن التي لا تتوفر فيها منافذ التهوية الطبيعية او لا تتوفر فيها المنافذ أوالشبابيك المتحركة (operable panels).

VIII.    نسخة عن رخصة غرفة التجارة والصناعة سارية المفعول مع إضافة النشاط الخاص بالإدارة العامة للدفاع المدني مع عقد الصيانة + الاشتراك في الأنظمة الذكية
الرسوم: 1000 درهم عن المعدة الأولى + 100 درهم على كل معدة إضافية + 10 درهم رسوم المعرفة

2 -  fill the form pledging commitment to maintenance of Civil defence devices and equipment 

3- Submit all  of the scheme approved by the Civil Defence

5- Submit of all certificates (supply- installation-guaranty ) of fire prevention devices and equipment

6- copy of approved maintenance contract

7- Certificate of the smart system subscription 24X7

Attached Documents:

1. Copy of the valid construction license issued by the concerned authority.
2. Valid certificates of Importing, installation and testing a guaranteed fire & alarm system by an approved installation & maintenance company. Also an undertaking certificate for maintaining Fire equipments by the owner and the certificate of installing fire rated doors and cables.

• Copy of the trade license and maintenance contract of Fire equipments and systems, besides the road-map of the premises, and an official letter showing the contact number of the concerning person during 24 hours.
