Fee: AED1000 for each system + 300 Dh card fee for single system engineer or technician+50 Dh for every additional system added on the engineer or technician card+ AED1000 for the 1st equipment + 100 Dh for each additional equipment+ 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee' for each Request + 10 Dh 'Knowledge Fee' for each card.

• Letter from the company including material specifications (material name, tank size, etc.).
• Copy of the Trade or industrial license.
• Drawing of the tank installation on site.

• Letter of confirming tanks' specifications (its specifications, type, thickness, etc.) issued by a Gov. company specialized in flammable liquids (petroleum, diesel).
• Drawing of manufacturing the tank with all its installation on site

A108. Naturally ventilated internal corridor shall be by fixed ventilation openings in an external wall and such ventilation openings being not less than 15 % of the floor area of the internal corridor. Natural ventilation opening shall not be more than 9m from any part of the internal corridor.

1. Copy of the valid construction license issued by the concerned authority.
2. Valid certificates of Importing, installation and testing a guaranteed fire & alarm system by an approved installation & maintenance company. Also an undertaking certificate for maintaining Fire equipments by the owner and the certificate of installing fire rated doors and cables.

• Copy of the trade license and maintenance contract of Fire equipments and systems, besides the road-map of the premises, and an official letter showing the contact number of the concerning person during 24 hours.
