Lieutenant General Talal Humaid Belhoul, Director General of the State Security of Dubai and Commissioner-General for the Security & Safety Track honored Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Essa Ahmed Almutawa, CEO of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Civil Defense, on the occasion of receiving the “Outstanding Leadership in Cybersecurity” award during the "Forge Global Cybersecurity Awards". This recognition was in appreciation of his pioneering efforts in enhancing cybersecurity and developing artificial intelligence technologies.

Lieutenant General Talal Belhoul commended Dubai Civil Defense for its vital role in enhancing Dubai's security and safety infrastructure, highlighting the leadership and contributions of national talents in these areas.
