Dubai Civil Defense Hosts Annual Customer Forum and Ramadan Iftar to Strengthen Collaboration and Enhance Safety Standards

Pursuing the Dubai Civil Defense strategy of communicating and connecting with customers, and in the presence of His Excellency Major General Expert Ali Hassan Al Mutwaa, Assistant Director General for Fire and Rescue, Dubai Civil Defense, in collaboration with Emirates Safety Lab, held the annual forum for Dubai Civil Defense customers. The event was attended by more than 300 private and government entities.

On the sidelines of the forum, a Ramadan Iftar banquet was held in a positive and collaborative atmosphere. The gathering served as a platform for exchanging ideas and suggestions on enhancing safety and security standards, improving cooperation mechanisms with customers and partners, and elevating the quality of services. It also aimed to reinforce communication with officials, share expertise, and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
