In celebration of International Human Resources Day, and in the presence of His Excellency Jamal bin Aded Al Muhairi, Acting Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Civil Defense, the General Command of Dubai Civil Defense organized a forum titled “A Dialogue with Human Resources.”

The forum aimed to underscore the value of human capital and reinforce the importance of cultivating a positive and supportive work environment.

The event featured an open dialogue session with employees, during which their feedback and ideas were heard and appreciated—contributing to the continuous development process and enhancing overall happiness and positivity within the organization.
