The General Command of Dubai Civil Defense celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of the “Senior and Junior Leadership Course,” organized in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government. The ceremony was held in the presence of His Excellency Lieutenant General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matroushi, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Civil Defense; His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government; along with a number of dignitaries and senior officials from both institutions.
A total of 44 personnel from various disciplines and departments within Civil Defense successfully completed the course, which was designed and delivered by the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government in line with the highest international standards. The program aimed to enhance participants' professional efficiency and adaptability in the field, empowering them to anticipate challenges and devise innovative solutions in alignment with the UAE’s vision of leadership, sustainability, and global competitiveness.
On this occasion, His Excellency Lieutenant General Expert Rashid Thani Al Matroushi stated:
“This course falls within our ongoing efforts to prepare qualified national cadres capable of leading change and enhancing government performance. It reflects the vision of our wise leadership in building second- and third-tier leaders.”
He also expressed appreciation for the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government and its team, commending their dedication to empowering graduates and advancing their capabilities in accordance with the aspirations of the leadership.
In his speech, His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri congratulated the graduates and affirmed the School’s commitment to developing and empowering national talent across various government sectors. He emphasized the importance of equipping participants with global expertise, practical experience, and essential tools to enable effective governance and leadership.
