Maj.Gen.Expert Rashid AlMatrooshi, Director General of Dubai Civil Defence conducted in the presence of Brig.Jamal Bin Aadid Almuheri, assistant director for Resources and Support Services, Brig.Rashid AlFalasi, assistant director for Smart Services and Col.Expert Ali Hassan Almutawa, assistant director for Fire and Rescue affairs,  a brainstorm session themed "Competitiveness Polices and Practices ".The presentation which was delivered by Lady Afaf Jassim Almuheri, Director of Strategy and Future aims at identifying the best practices  currently applied in Dubai Civil Defence, to share with other countries in the world in order to improve the principle  leading and competitiveness worldwide
