Maj.Gen.Expert Rashid AlMatrooshi Director General of Dubai Civil Defence has received, in the presence of Col.Expert Ali Hassan Almutawa, assistant director for Fire and Rescue affairs, delegation of Institute of Physical Safety -  Holland students, who came to review the best practices and applications in incidents management,fire fighting operations, fast incident response, and get acquainted with the latest equipments and provisions, as well as reviewing strategic vision and operational  success.

The visit comes as a part of their study course to pass their degree,  that requires student to select a country to visit and learn from the procedures applied and use as benchmark for their procedures in the field of specialty, and analysing practical aspects to consider as best standards practices
