Maj. gen. expert Rashid Thani Almatrooshi, director general of Dubai Civil Defense,  has presided fire safety and protection sector meeting held in the presence of Brig. Rashid Khalifa Albufalsah, assistant director general for Smart services, Col. expert Ali Hassan Almutawaa, assistant director general for fire and rescue affairs, Captain Mohammed Saif Bufaroosha deputy director of Polices and Decision Support department and Captain Khlid Saeed ALTunaiji acting director of Preventive Safety Department.

Convened meeting begins with discussing Customers Happiness issue through the providing of high quality services exceeding their expectations, as a part of GHQ ongoing efforts to implement UAE Government vision to achieve happiness and enhance life quality, by adopting unified and effective measurement method. Other issues discussed include development plan of the sector and the tasks of Hazmat Section.
