Director General of Dubai Civil Defense, Maj. gen. expert Rashid Thani Almatrooshi expresses his deep sorrow for the sad demise of 1st Corporal Tariq Abdullah Ali AlHawai, from Itihad fire station, who have passed away on 29/06/2019 during carrying out his duties battling the a fire incident erupted in under construction building at Business Bay district. Following  the total control over the fire at 6:22 pm, smothering stage was began, 38 minutes later Marty was reported missing, initial information revealed that he has fallen to death from a hole in the four floor ceiling.

Maj. gen. expert Almatrooshi stressed that passed away Martyr, who was born on Nov.14 1990, was one of the most dedicated and brave Firefighters, and a role model in his discipline and efficiency, May Almighty Allah rest his soul in peace.
